What is your return policy?
It’s simple! We want you completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your product purchase from soliabeauty.com, simply call our customer service team at 954.376.8966 or email us at email@example.com. We accept returns for unused products returned within 30 days of the purchase date if purchased from soliabeauty.com and you’re able to provide proof of purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card. When you receive your order, please check to make sure these items are in good condition, and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment.
Return Shipping and Processing
Please pack your return shipment securely to ensure that the items are not damaged in transit. If you still have it, the box your order arrived in should be sufficient to make sure that your return arrives back at our distribution center undamaged.
